                If you’re looking for more from your agent than just someone to list your house, then you are looking for me.  You see, I am not your “traditional” real estate agent.  I bring much, much more to the table.  Not only am I honest, sincere and a very hard worker, but more importantly for you, I am extremely creative.  Having been a real estate investor for many years before becoming an agent, I have seen all kinds of ways to buy and sell property, very creative ways to make a transaction work to get the deal to the closing table.  And, let’s face it, that is what it is all about, getting you to the closing table, whether you’re buying or selling, with the very best deal possible for you.   And, I feel that I am the person who can do that.

                For over fifteen years I have invested in property both in Michigan and in Florida.  This includes buying and selling vacant land, single family homes, condos and commercial property.   From my personal experience and years of investing, I have learned many techniques of buying and selling all types of properties.  As a result of that experience, four years ago, I started my own real estate investment company, KaPer Properties.   During that time I have worked with over 50 buyers and sellers offering them more creative, less traditional solutions to their real estate needs. 

                I have taken numerous classes in real estate education including short sales, lease options, wholesaling, rehabbing, land contracts, taking over payments, seller financing and quick-sale auctions.  I have also worked with lease backs on properties that I have personally purchased.  You see there is more than one way to buy or sell a house and I have worked with all these methods.  In this market, using one or more of these methods can increase your chance of selling your existing home while your neighbor’s house sits on the market for a year. Or, if you want to buy a house, having someone knowledgeable on your side can save you thousands of dollars. 

                I grew up right here in southeastern Michigan where I attended Our Lady of Lourdes high school and later earned a B.S. in Mathematics from Oakland University in Rochester, MI.  My employment includes Household Finance and Chrysler Corp. where I worked in Personnel for 10 years after which I joined my husband's business, BCC, Inc. as the treasurer.  I have three grown children (a son and two daughters) and reside in Oakland County.
